Job Description

Community Liaison 

Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals, families, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Increasing access to high-quality behavioral health services is one of our contributions to these better outcomes. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other’s professional goals.

Our team members offer a broad background of experience and education dedicated to providing care for individuals from all walks of life. The primary function of this position is to coordinate marketing and outreach with community partners, engage in community outreach, and support brand awareness. Secondarily, the Community Liaison will support the development of a community hub that will host community-building activities to engage the community in ABHS services.

This will be a full-time, salaried, position with the time distribution of responsibilities allocated by the Resilient Roots Director.

Reports to: The Internship & Outreach Coordinator and the Director of the Resilient Roots Family Wellness Center


Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain marketing and outreach materials, including but not limited to: outreach meeting notes, documentation of outreach attempts, updating the Marketing & Outreach Drive folder, and other responsibilities as assigned

  • Create marketing plans for development of community partnerships, marketing, and outreach

  • Document administrative time for this role in Fusion, including blocking of specific designated times for completing duties associated with this role

  • Develop relationships within the community through in-person and virtual meetings, outreach phone calls and emails, and visits to providers’ sites to disseminate marketing & outreach materials

  • Update and maintain Referral Database and Marketing Referral List

  • Develop community engagement activities, strategies, and associated timelines

  • Engage others as necessary in supporting the implementation of associated community outreach and engagement activities

  • Support activities in the Early Childhood Education center as necessary

  • Additional administrative responsibilities around marketing and outreach as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.

  • Ability to build strong rapport with children, adolescents, and families quickly.

  • Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.

Compensation: $36,000-38,000 per year
