MDB Group is seeking to fill an FDD Soldier Senior Analyst (Soldier/Maneuver) position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides  Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract. 

• Requires tactical and operational experience in Infantry or Armor units and familiarity with maneuver weapon systems.  
• Experience with doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures in Armor or Infantry organizations.  
• Requires system acquisition experience and the ability to analyze and validate current and future maneuver (Infantry and Armor) requirements.

• Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.
• Manage the programming and budget associated with combat vehicles, soldier weapons, and Individual Soldier equipment.

• DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience. 
• HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
• Bachelor’s Degree

• 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
• Experience on Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
