Acting as an Engagement Manager:
1 Preparation of audit plan and peer review framework
2 Communication with the client for audit schedule
3 Review of work performed by audit managers and articles
4 Trouble shooting audit issues with the client
5 Compliance with Standards on auditing – fill checklist
6 Documentation compliance all the files – hard and soft within target time i.e. 30 days after
signing of audit report.
7 Compliance with Accounting Standards – fill checklist
8 Preparation of management report/issue sheet for the partner’s review and communicating
with the ones charged with governance
9 Ensuring complete adherence to APGM (Audit Program Guidance Manual)
Acting as a Quality Enhancer for the Team :
10 Circulating on weekly basis circulars, notifications, updates of major Acts– reading and
interpreting these documents
11 Conducting seminars for training purposes.
Planning & Resource Management
12 Ensuring that the targets set by partner are met
13 Resource management – ensuring all the articles and managers have work at all times.
14 Adherence to budgeted Man days
15 Ensure compliance of Time sheets and its accuracy
