Position: Customer marketing Manager

Salary: $120 - $130k Annually
Job Description:
The role involves understanding the entire Mar-tech stack and how data flows across systems to enable a rich customer experience. You will work with teams to understand data flows across source systems and develop approaches to create a connected view. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data science teams across time zones, you will design scalable solutions for our clients. You will own and influence CXM insights and journey projects, continuously innovating, advising, and designing best practices for analyzing customer data and journeys. The candidate will develop new processes and points of view around customer insights and best practices to grow the CXM practice.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Customer insights, marketing analytics, digital, marketing operations in a banking & financial service, consulting industry, professional services or large-scale digital agency or business environment
Minimum 2-3 years’ playing a customer data architect role, understands mar-tech landscape.
Have min 2 years of experience to manage a team of analysts, data scientists for implementing analytical solutions and understands the complexity & challenges of data, AB tests, Orchestration, Activation, Adoption of the data challenges
Minimum of 2 years of implementation experience in Adobe Platform, AEP, Audience Manager, and journey orchestration tools
Have the go-getter attitude and self-start ability to get into the weeds of data and emerge with solutions
