- Lead PAN India sales for Retail Business.
- Manage, mentor and lead large teams to create and achieve primary, secondary and tertiary sales goals.
- Manage and drive primary sales to drive growth through strategy and distribution expansion.
- Enhance market penetration by increasing the territory and touch points.
- Drive P&L and meet profit targets through successful leadership, organizational plans, client service and execution of all field operations.
