· Implement & monitor the company’s strategy and quality objectives
· Achieve, monitor & review sales target of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise
· Field training, monitoring & asses the job training to the team, being a coach and mentor to the team
· Development & maintenance of a productive and long-lasting business
· Appointment of channel partners; Assess & review the performance of channel partners periodically
· Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners
· Receivable & Statutory document collection from C&F’s and others within the stipulated time
· Maintenance of healthy, clean business relationship with channel partners
· Helping Regional
· Helping Marketing team to provide input to research & development of new/existing products
· Competitor information to be gathered and passed to HO
· Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
