The ideal candidate should have proven capabilities in all design phases, experience leading the development of Construction and Permit Documents, and experience performing Construction Administration services. In addition, the applicant should have the following attributes:

• Supportive of other engineers or project managers
• Capable of directing CAD designers and other engineers in the preparation of construction drawings
• Willing to supervise the development of computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings from junior team members
• Able to interpret applicable codes

Applicant minimum requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology
• P.E. License (preferred)
• 7-10+ years of experience working in an A/E or MEP firm
• Strong AutoCAD and/or Revit capabilities required
• Provide own transportation to local project sites
• Must be Legal to work in the U.S.
