Must haves:

• Provide application support of the Oracle HCM application suite which includes HR Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent (Goals & Performance Review & Talent Review) and Recruiting.
• ORC (Oracle Recruiting) – able to support the oracle recruiting cloud, be able to modify the candidate selection and job application fields
• Fast Formulas – creating, updating, troubleshooting
• Experience with Oracle Extracts – creating, updating, troubleshooting
• Journeys experience – creating, modifying and supporting

Nice to haves:

• OIC – Oracle Integration Cloud, API integrations and coding within OIC

We will take all remote candidates who are in EST and CST time zones and all must be available during EST working hours.
