Job Description :-

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Responsible for change management activities for assigned applications including change submission, PRE/PRO validations, coordination with vendor and internal teams. Manage backlog of requests and incidents for assigned applications.

Must-Have Skills/Background

• 3+ years banking experience

• Santander experience highly preferred

• Expertise in commercial banking and treasury services – payables, receivables and liquidity products including but not limited to - integrated payables, card products, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, ERPs Quickbooks and Sage, sweep products, positive pay, etc.

• Experience with Service Now, Jira and Confluence.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Background

•             Large company/enterprise level financial institution (ALWAYS)

•             Significant commercial banking and treasury services experience

•             Bilingual in Spanish (ALWAYS)
