Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document product requirements. Create user stories in Jira, functional specifications, and process flows.

  • Process Optimization: Identify improvement areas within insurance workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Business Analysis & Testing: Work with engineering teams to define user requirements, conduct system testing, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Industry Research: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

  • Innovation & PoCs: Ideate and support development of AI/ML-based solutions. Partner with engineering teams during solution design and client PoCs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.

  • Proven experience in P&C insurance processes such as distribution, underwriting, claims, or policy administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in interpreting complex data.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
