Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document product requirements. Create user stories in Jira, functional specifications, and process flows.
Process Optimization: Identify improvement areas within insurance workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Business Analysis & Testing: Work with engineering teams to define user requirements, conduct system testing, and ensure successful implementation.
Industry Research: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
Innovation & PoCs: Ideate and support development of AI/ML-based solutions. Partner with engineering teams during solution design and client PoCs.
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
Proven experience in P&C insurance processes such as distribution, underwriting, claims, or policy administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in interpreting complex data.
Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
