Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Personal Injury Attorney in our Manhattan, NY office. The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload, provide legal advice and counsel to clients, perform legal research, negotiate settlements, prepare and present cases in court, and collaborate with other attorneys and legal experts.
 

 Qualifications

• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong grasp of the law and legal procedures.
• Experienced in personal injury litigation and capable of providing legal advise to clients.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
• Strong bargaining and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Requirements: 3+ years of experience practicing law in a personal injury practice. Trial preparation and litigation expertise is preferred.
• Candidate must be proficient in English and Spanish.
• JD from an approved legal school.
