• Review and authorize the processing of collection claims submitted to the Firm.
• Represent clients in civil collection matters within the state jurisdiction.
• Authorize and execute pleadings to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Maintain regular communication with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers for efficient case management.
• Oversee the docket, including preparation for trials and enforcement actions post-judgment.
• Contribute to the management and supervision of cases.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Civil Practice law.
• Commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated disciplined work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume civil litigation practice (preferred).
