Job Description
What will you do?
- Ensure the Safety Practices on the Shop floor to avoidthe Incidents / accidents on line .
- Plan Adherence on daily and Monthly basis .
- Basic understanding of the Problem-solving tools to address the Line issues
- Regular Update / escalation on the issues on the line
- Reduction of Downtime in related to the Operational issues
- Ensure the Line Quality rejections should meet the Quality targets and ensure the first-time right Product Quality .
- Knowledge on OEE and to improve and sustain the OEE on lines .
- Work on the Productivity Projects to improve the UPO/UPPH.
- Responsible for line inventories to stay within the Target and weekly Perpetual Inventories to be ensured on weekly basis.
- Responsible for timely posting of scrap and clearing Quality rejections on lines.
- Knowledge on 5S and ensure the drive on the Shop floor.

- Operational Efficiency: Reduce downtime, sustain/improve OEE, and drive productivity projects to enhance UPO/UPPH.
- Inventory and Compliance Management: Maintain target line inventories, conduct weekly perpetual checks, and manage timely posting of scrap and quality rejections.
- Problem-Solving and Organizational Practices: Apply basic problem-solving tools, escalate issues promptly, and uphold 5S standards on the shop floor.
