Job Description

·         Expertise on windows 10/11 administrations

·          Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues

·          Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)

·         Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments

·          Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues

·          Troubleshooting of Office issues

·          Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues

·         Mobile Device Management support

·          Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM

·          Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive11. Knowledge on one drive
