Must-Haves requirements of this position?

Job description

• Role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in North America (NAM), allowing for a wide range of potential locations
• Directly lead a team of 6-7 members responsible for critical business support functions such as Asset Management, Fleet Sales, and Warranty Claims
• Lead the preparation and execution of the annual CAPEX budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop systems and reports to analyze data for fleet decisions, inventory management, and key performance metrics. Maintain records and distribute reports on variances and fleet performance.
• Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory agencies such as EPA and CARB. Maintain records to ensure visibility and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Assist in evaluating capital investment needs, fleet disposals, and overall fleet strategy. Collaborate with global fleet teams, Purchasing, and Capital Project Managers to align strategies with business goals and budget
