Who are we looking for?

Looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager (Level - 6/7 at Sunnyvale, California) with a strong foundation in data-driven and AI-centric product environments. Responsible for driving execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating globally distributed teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple workstreams in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct and facilitate daily stand-ups across global time zones, maintaining visibility and accountability.
• Deeply understand business domains and the technical architecture, enabling informed decision-making and risk identification.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies, escalating blockers and resolving dependencies.
• Own the lifecycle of tasks — from planning through execution, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Ability to create Tableau reports

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong grasp of data pipelines, data architecture, and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience managing complex, multi-track projects.
• Skilled in project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

Additional Skills:

• Agile/Scrum or SAFe certifications preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Capable of creating executive-level dashboards and summaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
