i. Support in Customer documentation, Customer Service at Branch, Managing
disbursements in system, follow-ups for collections and other supports to HO team.
ii. Collect and/or Collate data/information and prepare periodical/daily/need based reports
for meeting the various information needs for respective stakeholders.
iii. Generate MIS reports using different tools
iv. Develop and evolve appropriate reporting formats for meeting the various reporting
requirements of the company
v. Appropriate record maintenance of the various reports generated and submitted to the
management and various departments within the company and various outside
authorities, agencies and institutions
vi. Build scalable complete branch operations process, team and process flow under
branch-based processing.
vii. Create a login desk to support Business RM/RO for data updation in LOS system and
completion of data entries in the system accurately.
viii. Support central operations team in disbursement, repayments, deferral or condition
subsequent management liaison through local Branch RM/RO and Credit RM.
ix. Managing customer queries, provides resolution in terms of any customer requests and
other activities to support customer deliveries.
x. Support the business with timely and adequate MIS including reporting of TAT, accuracy
of processes and quality of operations (FTR)
xi. Build process, controls and fulfill KPIs as defined by superiors.
xii. Optimize the cost of operations through elimination of redundancy, operational
efficiency and outsourcing, where required and relevant
