Job description

 The perfect candidate will enhance the company & brand visibility by identifying the target demographic for disseminating marketing materials.
 You will devise and execute the marketing plan, utilizing a combination of offline and online approaches to acquire new clientele

Role & Responsibilities:
 Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns.
 Monitor and assess the efficiency of marketing content.
 Manage and create website content.
 Formulate a digital marketing strategy by tracking industry changes, identifying customer needs, and monitoring competitors.
 Execute various online campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.
 Establish, construct, and maintain our social media presence.
 Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying immediate and long-term challenges that require attention.
 Evaluate and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals, such as ROI and KPIs.
 Recognize trends and insights, and adjust spending and performance based on these insights.
 Brainstorm innovative growth strategies for digital marketing.
 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
 Collaborate with internal teams to design landing pages and enhance user experiences.
 Employ strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
 Identify crucial conversion and drop-off points and optimize user pathways.
 Fulfill operational requirements of the digital marketing department by scheduling and assigning tasks to agencies, and ensuring follow-up on work results.
 Foster the development of the digital marketing team by offering information, educational opportunities, and opportunities for experiential growth.
