Title: .NET Lead

Location: Albany, NY (HYBRID)

We're currently seeking a .NET Lead with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead developer, involved in system design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and/or C#, adhering to modern programming principles such as object-oriented design, scalability, maintainability, single responsibility, and the highest application security standards.
• Ability to create and interpret formal technical documentation based on system requirements, and analyze business requirements to develop the necessary logic within the application's code.
• Strong background in Oracle 11G or higher, including writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions, and cursors, with expertise in Oracle SQL query optimization.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including the development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• Proficiency in developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• Experience in designing and implementing applications using .NET Core and MVC.
• Familiarity with designing and maintaining applications containing Health Care data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) regulations.
