Business Continuity Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Role will provide experienced and professional support for the implementation and maturation of a comprehensive Business Continuity program.
• Support the implementation of business continuity program strategy, methodology and objectives through successful execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), BC plan development, and testing, consistent with regulatory expectations.
• Ideal candidate will help implement a robust business continuity framework to ensure consistent and superior program execution across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management & Business Continuity, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or professional certifications in Business Continuity Management would be advantageous.
• 6+ year experience in business continuity planning, emergency and incident planning and analysis, concepts and methodology.
• Proven experience as a Business Continuity Manager in the financial services industry, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing continuity plans.
