Responsibilities:

• Manage ad-hoc Finance projects
• Manage monthly and annual financial reporting process for the organization
• Support the Global Controller with overseeing the accuracy of the global financial statements
• Assist Global Controller with overseeing Finance, Tax and Insurance diligence for both domestic and international acquisitions
• Prepare purchase accounting entries and oversee the valuation process for acquisitions
• Manage Finance integration activities for acquisitions
• Preparation of the annual audited financial statement and footnotes
• Annual financial statement audit support

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience - preferably in public accounting
• CPA Required
• Skilled in financial reporting
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of proficiency in Excel
• Must be analytical and possess strong project management skills
• M&A experience preferred

Educational Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or similar) required
