The associate should have good real-time hands-on experience with Snowflake , DBT and EDW Should have strong expertise in writing complex PL SQL queries Should be well versed with Agile delivery and Property and Casualty Insurance domain experience
1. Deep understanding of the Snowflake cloud data platform - writing procedures, functions, UDFs, snowflake window functions etc. (5+ years)
2. Strong hands-on experience with DBT for modular SQL development, testing, and deployment. (3+ years)
3. Proficient in writing complex, efficient, and maintainable SQL queries.
4. Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS etc.) and data management technologies.
5. Proven ability to design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
6. Proven experience in Production support in Data warehousing
7. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Domain
8. Proficiency in using Git/ Azure Devops for version control of code.
9. Experience with IT automation, batch scheduling and DevOps principles.
10. Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet data driven business objectives.
11. Mentor junior resources and share knowledge, work as a team to get requirements delivered.
12. Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
13. Nice to have skills: Python scripting
