Position Sales & Marketing Executive Paint Consultant / Showroom Consultant
Role Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in various categories, such as vehicle sales, Auto components, beauty products and paints. You will engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. As a Paint Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting the right colours and paint solutions for their homes. Using design tools, you’ll guide customers through the consultation process and ensure smooth coordination with the execution team for successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell FMCG/ BFSI products to customers and dealers. Understand customer painting needs and recommend colour solutions accordingly.
Assist in driving sales and meeting sales targets. Provide a smooth in-store experience using design tools and colour selection resources.
Offer personalized product recommendations and support. Work closely with team leaders to ensure process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with execution teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
