Job Responsibilities:- 

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Implement strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.

Meticulous Payroll Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, adhering to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously assess and optimize payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and attention to detail.

Strategic Employee Engagement Initiatives:

  • Spearhead employee engagement initiatives designed to enhance workplace satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement programs, including recognition schemes, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Foster open communication channels and actively solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.

Compliance and HR Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating legal risks.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to promote consistency, fairness, and transparency across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform strategic decision-making.

Leadership in Performance Management:

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to address performance issues, provide coaching and support, and facilitate performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees, fostering a culture of meritocracy and continuous growth.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate with training providers or develop in-house training sessions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic HR management in complex organizational environments.
