Job Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
Implement strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.
Meticulous Payroll Management:
Oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, adhering to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously assess and optimize payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and attention to detail.
Strategic Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Spearhead employee engagement initiatives designed to enhance workplace satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
Develop and implement comprehensive engagement programs, including recognition schemes, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
Foster open communication channels and actively solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
Proactively address employee concerns and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
Compliance and HR Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating legal risks.

Leadership in Performance Management:

Training and Development:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement.
Proven track record of leadership and strategic HR management in complex organizational environments.
