● Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and
processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress and obstacles of keyinitiatives.
● Draw on relationships with company’s directors, external partners and vendors
to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
● Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure
efficient and timely completion of tasks.
● Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of
performance goals and long-term operational plans.

formalities with security, deep cleaning, photo shoot, etc. and develop inventory
for all the property belongings.
● Uphold the organization's policies and standards and ensure that legislative
regulations are being followed.
