Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder
Location: Tewksbury, MA 01876
Pay Rate: $22.00/Hr. On W2
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Note:
Interview - onsite interviews.
This role will convert to FT after 6 months dependent on performance.

Job Summary:
Performs repetitive electromechanical assembly and complex electromechanical assembly, involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.
Must be able to work in a team environment that is very fast paced.
Responsibilities:
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products.
Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC, and UL codes/standards.
Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.
Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP).
Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.
Contributes to division results and performance.
Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years’ experience.
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point to point drawings.
Proficient in the use of hand tools.
Top 3 skills - trouble shooting, electrical testing at least 6 months, some experience reading schematics (must have foundation of reading schematics).
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to climb and descend stairs.
Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required.
May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
Work surfaces may include concrete.
Employees must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
