Job Title: Temporary Manager, Internal Audit & Compliance QA (Global Banks)
Duration: October 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026
Location: Remote (U.S.) – East Coast hours required; Charlotte, NC preferred for hybrid access

Position Overview:
We are seeking two highly experienced Managers to join a Global Banks Practice on a temporary engagement supporting a large global banking client. This role will focus on risk management, compliance oversight, regulatory issue remediation, and quality assurance. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in internal audit and compliance QA, with proven experience providing independent assurance, validating regulatory findings, and overseeing remediation initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work directly with a global banking client on complex, enterprise-level initiatives involving BSA/AML, OFAC, and broader financial crimes compliance. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to effectively partner with senior stakeholders while maintaining independence.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive internal audit and compliance QA experience within large financial institutions

• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, financial crimes, and broader regulatory frameworks

• Proven success in validating remediation of regulatory and control issues

• Deep understanding of 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions, with ability to provide independent assurance

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Prior experience supporting or auditing global banking clients is highly desirable
