DS Technologies Inc is looking for Registered Nurse Critical Care IMCU role for one of our premier clients.

Role: Registered Nurse Critical Care IMCU (Full Time)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses for our Critical Care IMCU unit at Swedish First Hill. This full-time night shift position involves 12-hour shifts and offers a $20,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Nurses thrive in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Position: Registered Nurse Critical Care IMCU

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care.
  • Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ensure safety and quality in nursing care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Lead and coordinate care teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
