Job Description: 

• Strongly Preferred candidates who have 4-5 years of experience in Production Support, OpenText RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications, Windows, MS SQL Server, Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO), Network working knowledge, VM Ware, Disaster Recovery
• Experience in Production Support 
• Experience in OpenText RightFax, Windows RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications 
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Applications 
• Strongly Prefer Experience in Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO) 
• Strongly Prefer Experience in VM Ware 
• Strong prefer experience in Disaster Recovery and Fault Tolerance 
• Experience working on multiple projects for Agile project delivery.
