At PLG, we support life sciences companies in achieving faster and smarter compliance through consulting and outsourcing solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and technically skilled DevOps Manager (Technical Architect) to join our global ICT team.
Your Mission:
You will lead the architecture, integration, and operational excellence of PLG’s global business systems (CRM, PSA, ERP, HCM). This role combines strategic oversight of DevOps practices, release management, and technical architecture to drive seamless digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Govern the release lifecycle across CRM, PSA, ERP, and HCM platforms.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated, zero-downtime deployments.
- Enforce gated approval workflows and version control (Git).
- Lead post-release monitoring, performance validation, and rollback procedures.
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
- Oversee integration strategies (APIs, middleware) and data synchronization.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, EU NIS2, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Manage incident response and troubleshoot critical system issues.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
- Proven experience managing release cycles for multi-platform ecosystems.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD automation and environment management.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, REST/SOAP APIs)
- NetSuite ERP and Certinia PSA integration
- Release tools: Copado, Flosum, AutoRABIT
- DevOps: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
- Middleware: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi
- Scripting: Python, Shell
Bonus Points:
- Salesforce Certified Release Manager or DevOps Engineer certification
- Strong stakeholder communication and risk mitigation skills
- Experience collaborating with QA teams on release testing
