Full Job Description:

• Job Title: FD Operations Senior Analyst
• Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA (100% Onsite)
• Travel: Minimal
• Security Clearance: Secret

Position Requirements:

• Experience conducting in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness; identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solutions.
• Requires former military experience.
• Equipment readiness tracking/reporting experience required.
• Experience performing data trend analysis that includes coordination and staffing with Army Commands, G-4, and Army Materiel Command.
• Experience in supporting efforts to increase S-Level (EOH) Unit Readiness, including coordination and staffing with Army Commands, G-4, and Army Materiel Command.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness, identifying equipment readiness issues proposing solution sets to senior leaders. Identify the root causes of Army Equipment On Hand (EOH) un-readiness.
• Participate in efforts to increase S-Level Unit Readiness, including coordinating with ACOM and ASCCs to identify Army excess equipment.
• Provide analysis and quality control of products presented to senior leadership. 
• Provide programming data analysis for the Program Objective Memorandum build, program reviews SPAR, and senior leader briefings.
• Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) or equivalent level experience.
• Equipment Readiness experience at Battalion or equivalent level (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of Department of Defence (DOD) Force Development experience.
• Experience with Pentagon/ DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
• Army Force Management School Courses: How The Army Runs (HTAR)/ FA50/ FA51/ SSO.
