Full Job Description:

• Job Title:  Manned Airborne ISR Strategic Planner (OUSD I&S)
• Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Position Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Airborne ISR analyst who handles the SOCOM, Army, and USMC accounts.  Provides subject matter expertise on Airborne ISR systems, with a focus on programmatic (PPBE) issues, to include contractor-leased capabilities and the usual program of record systems.
• Reviews and provides input on proposed Congressional legislation, Program Review, and other decision documents, and analyzes and provides written documentation on impacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Require 15 years of experience in Airborne ISR operations (Pilot/WSO/NFO/Intelligence).
• 15 years of AISR experience, of which a minimum of six years must be specialized in systems design and analysis, functional requirements analysis, or modeling. 
• 10 years of experience in Manned Aircraft System ISR architecture, including platforms, sensors, datalinks, and associated data processing. 
• 10-15 years of experience working with the functions of the OSD and its relationships to the Services. 
• Requires military experience.
• Master’s Degree

Preferred Experience:

• 10 years of experience analyzing the intelligence disciplines of SIGINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and MASINT. 
• 10 years of experience developing, providing analysis, and writing reports of operational, programmatic, financial, and technical information. 
• 10 years of experience developing senior-level communications, skilled in briefing senior officials and staff. 
• 8-10 years of experience working with critical ad hoc tasks with short time suspense and minimal guidance. 
• 10 years of experience analyzing major Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, programs, and initiatives.
• 6-8 years of experience working with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
• 8-10 years of experience working with the defense acquisition management system and DoD Instructions 5000.2. 
• 8-10 years of experience working with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system.
