Job Title: Tech Lead – BI & Analytics
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead in BI and Analytics to lead end-to-end data solutions, combining strong development skills with leadership in data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies. The role will focus on Python, Databricks, modern databases, API integrations, containerization, and Generative AI tools.

Position: Contract (C2C – All Inclusive)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable BI & analytics solutions

  • Guide data engineering and analytics teams across multiple projects

  • Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines using Python and Databricks

  • Integrate with Clickhouse and Azure cloud platforms

  • Lead API development and integration for analytics and GenAI-powered solutions

  • Leverage GenAI tools to streamline development workflows

  • Manage deployment of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Define and ensure adherence to technical requirements, governance, and compliance

Requirement Qualifications:

  • 8–15 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

  • Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and Clickhouse

  • Deep expertise with Azure Cloud and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Strong API development and integration experience

  • Familiarity with GenAI code assist tools

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cloud-native or hybrid-cloud analytics projects

  • Knowledge of data security, privacy standards, and CI/CD pipelines

Candidate Details:

  • Must have strong Python and data engineering experience

  • Must have experience with Databricks, Azure, and containerization

  • GenAI exposure is a plus

  • Prior technical leadership in BI/analytics projects is required
