KRA :

Help the manager in overlooking kitchen operations for the brand in the given city.

Scout for stores opening and analysis of neighborhoods to select locations to open stores

Responsible for maintaining brand standards, accurate deliveries, and inventory levels at given stores.

Visit stores for training and periodic audits


Preferred Experience/Skills:


Must have at least min 2-3years of Store Operations Experience (QSR Brand Preferred)

Must have food delivery, store inventory, team building and nurturing experience

Must be able to coordinate with relevant store teams, and stakeholders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and that accurate stocks are delivered

Working on excel is preferred

Understanding of delivery platforms such as Swiggy, and Zomato is preferred


Job Description:


Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence

Responsible for coordination and helping the brand expand in close coordination with the city lead

Must be able to communicate well over email and messages

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and efficiency

Oversee stock movement and storage

Responsible for keeping a track of delivery and store online metrics (RHI, KPT, MFR, etc.)

Stock & inventory management, dispatch knowledge

Daily visits to the stores in the catchment

Understanding issues that might be faced by the kitchen teams and sharing it with relevant brand POC's

Quick implementation and follow-up for new recipes/processes
