We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Data Analyst / Logical Data Modeler.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Document and analyze data attributes used across custody, trading, and settlement workflows
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational processes such as trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, and reconciliations
  • Identify and define core data elements (e.g., ISIN, settlement date, counterparty BIC, trade ID, place of settlement) relevant to SWIFT MT messages (e.g., MT540–549, MT564, MT940)
  • Translate business understanding into logical data models using standard modeling tools and techniques
  • Ensure data structures align with SWIFT message formats and internal system requirements
  • Build conceptual and logical models that can be used as a foundation for integration, reporting, and reference data management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of Securities Services domain – particularly custody, settlement, and clearing
  • Ability to read and interpret SWIFT MT messages and identify relevant data fields
  • Comfortable working with data dictionaries, attribute-level documentation, and source-to-target mappings
  • Experience or foundational knowledge of logical data modeling (e.g., entities, attributes, relationships) and standard modeling notations (e.g., crow’s foot)
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
