PROSPECTING AND CLIENT EXPANSION

Ensure targeted prospecting to expand and develop the client portfolio.

  • Lead strategic prospecting initiatives for high-value clients and markets.
  • Prepare and execute prospect meetings and ensure diligent follow-up.
  • Drive participation in Bid Defenses and high-stakes negotiations.

 

Expertise Level – Be able to:

  • Expand the customer base and build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Identify and introduce new clients in new service areas
  • Facilitate set up of initial meetings (CDAs in place, appropriate participants from BU, prepare agenda and advise on capability deck slides to be included).

  • Develop and  implement a comprehensive Business Development Plan aligned to Local and Global Strategic Plans.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with solution offices/Business Units for proposal creation.
  • Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
