Primary Responsibility for allied Real Estate Role
• Preparation of industry research (Primary & Secondary), forecasting reports and credit analysis for new business.
• Analyzing recent trends in varied industries on key parameters such as demand, supply, capacity utilization, profitability etc regarding B/Ward & F/Ward Integration
• Identified micro level parameters influencing these industries for better modelling
• Peer-to-peer comparison of players on operational and financial parameters and study of factors responsible for variance
• Scenario building to contemplate the range of impact based on anticipated future policy and regulatory changes
• Meeting with Industry Experts and Industry veterans to understand practical approach for business operations
• Lead and maintain the information related to development of the project, resource and risk analysis
• Analysis the project review, evaluation and make recommendations to decision makers
• Coordinate with Project Head and Other Function Head to understand the progress of all the sites/project
• Review the lifecycle of all projects and to estimate whether the project is within the set timeframe.
• Develop the company’s ability to change, expand and increase with their scope of project, costs and timeframes.
• Ability to work and coordinate with all Levels of Business Head
• Review or Monitor weekly progress reports of all sites
• Complete Project Management for dedicated project by coordinating with legal stakeholders associated with Project(Architect, Consultant, Engineering, Legal, Sales, Liaision etc)
• Handling board meetings & making presentations on various issues of companies, project schedules, revenues, targets etc
• Preparing & making presentations for corporates / owners / society’s
• Making consensus amongst Owners / members. Arrange to get agreement signed from landowners / Society / tenants for project development from Acquisition to Conveyance and final handover
Additional Responsibility
• Business Development & Deal Structuring for JV Model / DM / Redevelopment projects / SRA
• Prepare feasibility report on JV/New/Redevelopment projects as per DCR regulations
• Contribute to business development activities by framing business proposals, cost/ profit estimation and conceptualizing new approach for Biz
• Sorting Issues within owners / society
• Connecting with local brokers, Channel partners/IPC’s like JLL/C&W/CBRE etc for good land parcel and to generate projects & market info
