Specific Position Requirements 
 
Job Duties 
  • Ensures that all guests to the Client Pavilion receive an exceptional Client experience. 
  • Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility. 
  • Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties. 
  • Assist in all general daily activities as needed. 
  • Receives ongoing training and development. 
  • Works special events, including set up, and tear down. 
  • Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays. 
  • Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses. 
  • Greet guests, tour groups, etc. 
  • Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front desk 
  • Take tour reservation with guests via phone 
  • Greet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layout 
Required Skills 
  • Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be comfortable interacting with Pavilion guests 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Clear written and verbal communication 
  • High level of customer service and professionalism 
  • Some computer experience would be helpful 
  • Previous experience working in a museum is a plus 
Additional Information 
  • This will be an Onsite position 
  • Should have availability Monday-Saturday (closed on Sunday)

  • Ensures that all Client stakeholders and guests to the Client Attractions (Pavilion, Tractor & Engine Museum, Historic Site, World Headquarters display floor) receive an exceptional Client experience. 
  • Trained to provide guided tour, or information to those interested in learning more about the company’s history, global operations and its equipment and services. 
  • Public speaking and customer service training for all levels of tours (including VIP and Dignitary). 
  • Prepare exhibits and facility for opening/closing. 
  • Assist in all general daily activities as needed. 
  • Ongoing training and development. 
  • Be an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses. 
  • Present educational programming for students’ pre-K through high school to meet state core curriculum standards. 
  • Work special events, including coordination support, set-up, tear-down. 
  • Availability to work during a 7 day a week operation, including holidays.
