  Forecasts including Pre-Quiet and IR Guidance. Presenting to Leadership	35%
  Month Close Reconciliation/Review and Journal Entry Review. Presenting to Leadership	30%
  Ad Hoc Analysis and fielding questions from SBUs	15%
  People Management/Onboarding	10%
  Answering questions from Elevate Team	5%
  Cost Savings Validation/Tracking	5%

   

• Requirements:

  Degree in Accounting or Finance

  5-7 years of experience – preferably in a cost accounting role

  Strong excel skills

  Strong SAP skills

  People management experience – the positon will manage 3 employees

  Strong presentation skills – this position will present to cross functional partners and senior leaders

  Strong cross functional influence capacities – This role will sit on the Logistics Leadership team
