Skills and Responsibilities: • Expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, Customer 360 Audiences • Should have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Products Knowledge such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Audience Studio, Salesforce Social and Advertising Studio etc. • Advanced understanding of marketing automation technology including SFMC ecosystem, data models, common integrations and third-party technology solutions • Familiar with several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com • Previous experience as a consultant or developer in SFMC and related technologies • Ability to show integration and security design principles. • Enterprise architecture experience • Experience working in an Agile project environment. • SFMC Certifications ideally including Developer and Consultant • Solid experience of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com. • Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts Roles & Responsibilities • Collaborate with Business solution architect on functional and technical design specifications while providing subject matter expertise to the Business and developers throughout the engagement. • Ownership of all End-to-End technical aspects of a program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development. • Own tasks from leading technical requirements gathering and architecture sessions with Business and project teams through design, development, testing and deployment. • Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecy
