The job description of a Customer Experience Executive will include the following responsibilities: 
 
  • Assist in providing world-class customer care to customers by supporting the front end via email, chat and phone. 

• Consistently work with other teams to track, solve and innovate our processes and procedures to provide the best customer care in the world

• Liaise with production to fix individual customer issues and alterations.

• Should be empathetic in nature - he must understand the customers problems and have an intrinsic need to solve for the customers pain points.

• Must be able to communicate well orally as well as on email / chats / whatsapp etc.
