Our client MDB Group is seeking to fill a DIG Communications Strategist (Industry LNO) Senior Analyst position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. - Job Title: DIG Communications Strategist (Industry LNO) Senior Analyst
- Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
- Security Clearance: Secret
Position Requirements:
- Requires a high degree of written communication skills and interpersonal skills and be able to comfortably and professionally brief material to Army senior leaders. Possess the ability to analyze concepts and design to ensure the best presentation of the DA G8 mission.
- Experience in preparing for communications engagements for internal and external audiences, assistance with preparing senior leadership for Congressional testimony, and responsive adjustments as required.
- Liaison experience with key stakeholders, such as the Army, Congress, think tanks, and industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination of targeted engagements with Army industry partners.
- Assist senior leadership with Congressional testimony.
- Coordination efforts supporting Army G8 activities at the annual Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) symposium, to include detailed planning timeline development, update of G8 industry cards, synchronization of G8 industry visits during the event, and coordination with industry partners as necessary. Support other industry engagements as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience.
- HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
- Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred:
- 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
- Experience with Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments
