As a Referral Agent, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and referring qualified candidates for roles such as Sales Agent, Sales Manager, Recruiter, and Appointment Setter. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to work on your own schedule and earn competitive referral commissions.

Role Summary:
The Referral Agent will leverage their network, research skills, and communication expertise to identify and refer suitable candidates for specified job openings. This role is commission-based and ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong networking capabilities and an interest in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and refer potential candidates for roles, including Sales Agents, Sales Managers, Recruiters, and Appointment Setters.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to source qualified talent.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Submit candidate referrals to the company for review and consideration.
  • Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow up on the status of candidates.
  • Stay informed about the company’s hiring needs and role requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven networking abilities with access to professional connections in sales, recruitment, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of roles such as Sales Agents, Sales Managers, Recruiters, and Appointment Setters.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition is a plus (but not required).

Compensation:
This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role. Referral Agents earn a competitive commission for each successful candidate placement. The more candidates you refer and get placed, the more you earn.
