Role: Program Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

15 years of Strong IT project management experience in driving complex, cross-functional infrastructure and cloud projects
Experience in managing on-prem data centers, cloud operations, and cloud migration efforts (specifically with AWS)
Devops knowledge and experience as a Program and/or Project Manager.
Experience in Service and project management tools ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, smartsheet and Microsoft projects and products
Implementing ITIL best practices, standardization of processes, and policies for infrastructure and operations.
Key concepts and technical understanding around Cloud (AWS, Microsoft), OS, security, Networking, Database etc.
These include Red Hat, Ubuntu, Palo Alto, Azure, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Rancher, Gitlab, VMWARE, Vault, HashiCorp, App Dynamics, Nagios, Docker, AzureDevops, Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Proofpoint, Imperva, DataDog, Dynatrace.
Creating and running governance meetings, managing large teams and their day to day priorities, and escalations
Quality-focused, oversee documentation processes and procedures.
Work with business stakeholders to understand and support their IT needs to accomplish their goals.
