1. Prior work experience of 4/5 years plus in managing a Restaurant as Captain/Executive/Manager etc.
2. Well versed in managing the Food and Beverages department in Restaurant/Guest Houses/Companies.
3. Should be educated as a Hotel Management Graduate / Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
4. Should possess strong Oral and Written skills in Languages such as English/ Hindi and Kannada . Knowledge of more languages is welcome.
5. Computer Literate with knowledge of drafting emails/ daily MIS reports / inventory reports etc.
6. Well groomed and able to manage F&B get-togethers and events.
