Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering-based projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and overseeing the integration of technical activities.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Present and elucidate proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure staff competence.
• Analyze technology trends, resource requirements, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility.
• Manage project resources including staff procurement, development, and motivation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
• Create product rollout plans and procedures.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present findings.
• Ensure the application of appropriate project management processes.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a robotics engineering role.
• Experience with various models of FANUC Robotics.
• Proficiency in DCS Validation setup.
• Competence in teaching and setting up FANUC robots in FANUC TP language.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GRS certification.
• Roboguide and Process Simulate experience.
• Familiarity with IR Vision technology.
• Experience in designing, building, and launching manufacturing systems.
• Expertise in designing, setting up, and debugging automation systems.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
