Responsibilities :
Plan and execute new customer acquisition strategy across online media channels (YouTube, Meta platforms, etc.) for Azah
Lead the top of the funnel campaign management and execution in line with the brand goals
Led the D2C business planning and implementation of performance marketing campaigns (including SEO), marketing operations, and creative strategy in line with top-line and bottom-line goals
Work with in-house content team and agencies for the development of advertising material across multiple platforms in line with brand objectives and guidelines for brand marketing and performance marketing campaigns
Supporting digital front visibility of the products & brand for improved performances for sponsored & organic searches e.g. Amazon, Google searches, etc.
Work closely with the in-house content team to coordinate content deliverables
Assistance in planning, execution, and tracking of new product launches
Manage the dashboards for marketing and business KPIs for Azah
Analyse and derive insights for continuous performance optimization across KPIs
Will have one person report for campaign management
Explore paid content collaborations across OTT and other channels
Skills :
1-2 Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager; experience at a D2C brand would be a plus
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Hands-on experience in campaign management (YouTube, Meta) would be a plus
Ability to analyze data, form hypotheses and optimize performance
Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Results-driven attitude
Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning
Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Engineering; Master’s/MBA would be a plus; Education from Tier 1-2 colleges would be a plus
