Job Description:
 

Responsibilities : 

  • Plan and execute new customer acquisition strategy across online media channels (YouTube, Meta platforms, etc.) for Azah

  • Lead the top of the funnel campaign management and execution in line with the brand goals

  • Led the D2C business planning and implementation of performance marketing campaigns (including SEO), marketing operations, and creative strategy in line with top-line and bottom-line goals 

  • Work with in-house content team and agencies for the development of advertising material across multiple platforms in line with brand objectives and guidelines for brand marketing and performance marketing campaigns

  • Supporting digital front visibility of the products & brand for improved performances for sponsored & organic searches e.g. Amazon, Google searches, etc.

  • Work closely with the in-house content team to coordinate content deliverables

  • Assistance in planning, execution, and tracking of new product launches

  • Manage the dashboards for marketing and business KPIs for Azah

  • Analyse and derive insights for continuous performance optimization across KPIs

  • Will have one person report for campaign management 

  • Explore paid content collaborations across OTT and other channels 

 

Skills : 

  • 1-2 Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager; experience at a D2C brand would be a plus

  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices

  • Hands-on experience in campaign management (YouTube, Meta) would be a plus

  • Ability to analyze data, form hypotheses and optimize performance

  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Results-driven attitude

  • Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Engineering; Master’s/MBA would be a plus; Education from Tier 1-2 colleges would be a plus
