Engagement Description
Temporary 2–3-month engagement to cover a LOA.
The incumbent will be responsible for excellent customer service to our policy holders via phone, web-based LiveChat and email. Responsibilities will include coordinating and support the processing and handling of policy changes for existing policyholders and answering questions or resolving concerns. This is a detail oriented, fast-paced role and is critical to providing best-in-class service to our policyholder customers.

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance office experience
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Experience with CRM software
• Agent health license or LTCP designation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with the ability to react to changing priorities

• Bachelor's degree preferred
