Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical with Core HR

Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)

Hiring Type: Contract

Required Experience:

• Oracle Cloud HCM Technical consultant with minimum of 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support

• Knowledge of Core HR module is must
• Worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud
• implementation or support projects as a Technical consultant.
• Sound hands-on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and Personalization & Customizations and Workflow.

• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
• Reports and Analytics - knowledge on existing reports/ custom report creation methods

• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Needs to demonstrate good understanding of Business processes.
• Able to work with integrating with other downstream system and to design extensions/ APIs for exporting item data to downstream systems.

• Implementation experience of other modules of HCM is added advantage.
