Job Description:
Senior Product Manager (CW), Sales Insights & Automation Overview Come join Intuit’s Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Technology Team as a Senior Product Manager, Sales Insights and Automation. You will be responsible for the roadmap, and execution of our sales technology capabilities, ensuring it's a highly effective and optimized platform for our sales teams. This includes the ability to build and evangelize a perspective around build vs. buy, as well as deep integration with third-party tools to create a seamless and automated sales technology ecosystem. This role is integral to collaborating with our internal and external customers to identify needs, research industry solutions, and establish the vision and strategy to create an integrated and delightful customer experience. The Sales & Growth product management team owns and manages the sales platforms and capabilities that enable the E2E sales cycle for our direct and partner sales teams. Our team is responsible for all aspects of the Sales Agent and Partners experience, and partners closely with other technology teams that develop Intuit shared capabilities. We are seeking a product leader who can demonstrate strategic leadership and has a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services ecosystem that enable sales experts to achieve success. As a Product Manager, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, research industry solutions, and leverage data to gain deeper insights to enable you to create a vision and strategy for developing technology solutions. Required Skills:
● 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products as a Product Manager or implementation consultant for enterprise-grade applications, consumer product experience can also apply
● Extensive experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects would be a strategic asset
● Proven expertise in managing Salesforce integrations with various third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
● Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, either through integrations or as part of seller workflow
● Experience successfully implementing and managing go-to-market technology by working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, ops, finance, customer service, and technology teams, demonstrating both influence and stakeholder management.
● Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and data management within Salesforce.
● Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance account and contact data for improved sales targeting and engagement.
● A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with a proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders.
● Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.
● Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
● A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly.
● Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
● This role will include collaborating with users, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap and measure impact, adoption, and engagement.
● Demonstrate thought leadership and drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
● Own the product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for your domain.
● Use data to drive decisions and define the metrics that measure and monitor your goals.
● Establish mechanisms to gain a deep understanding of sales needs, self driving some of your own customer research.
● Drive and coordinate execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with dependent technology teams.
● Work with the Go-to-market teams to execute the strategy, vision, and prioritization of products/features across our Sales technology and support them in meeting their strategic business outcomes.
● Ensure User Stories represent customer needs and define work meaningfully, including clear acceptance criteria and considering dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
● Able to engage with and influence Senior Leadership effectively.
● Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of third-party integrations with Salesforce.
Education:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
